🧾 Billing Policy

This Billing Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for all products, services, and courses offered by AstroVastuTeam9.online, both online and offline. By making a purchase or booking a service, users agree to the terms stated herein.

1. General Billing Terms

  • All fees for services, courses, and products must be paid in full before access or delivery is granted.

  • Payments are accepted via secure payment gateways including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and third-party payment processors.

  • Prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Currency: All payments are charged in INR (Indian Rupees) unless specified otherwise for international clients.

2. Billing for Services & Courses

  • Consultancy Services (Online/Offline): 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking. No refund is applicable once the session is delivered.

  • Courses (Live, Recorded, Hybrid): Full payment is required before access. Users may cancel and request a refund within 2 calendar days of payment, provided access to content or sessions has not been granted.

  • For offline courses, full payment must be made at least 2 days before the start of the program.

3. Billing for Physical Products

  • Orders for physical products will be billed in full at checkout.

  • Shipping charges and taxes (if any) will be added during checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping and return logistics costs.

4. Trial Periods & Partial Refunds

  • Promotional offers may include trial access to limited course content or a discounted consultation.

  • Partial refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of the business owner, based on mutual understanding and nature of the service/product.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any digital content, consultation session, or course material accessed or delivered is strictly non-refundable.

  • Customized reports, charts, or remedies once prepared or delivered will not be eligible for refund under any condition.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • In case of a billing dispute, clients are advised to contact us at astrovastuteam9@gmail.com within 2 days of the transaction.

  • Chargebacks or payment reversals through the bank or payment gateway without first contacting our team will be considered a violation of these terms and may lead to suspension of services.

7. Invoicing

  • Digital invoices will be provided via email upon successful payment.

  • GST-compliant invoices will be issued where applicable.

8. Jurisdiction

  • All billing-related disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
