π€ Vendor Policy

At AstroVastuTeam9.online, we welcome partnerships with vendors and collaborators who wish to offer products, digital content, or educational services through our platform. This Vendor Policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and expectations for all third-party vendors associated with our website.
1. Scope of Vendor Participation
Vendors may be onboarded to provide the following:
- Physical Products: Spiritual tools, books, remedies, kits, or vastu-related items.
- Digital Products: eBooks, recorded webinars, software tools, or PDF resources.
- Educational Content: Co-hosted online/offline courses, workshops, or seminars.
- Drop-Shipping Services: Vendors may list and ship directly to customers using our fulfillment guidelines.
2. Onboarding Requirements
To become an authorized vendor, you must:
- Submit a Vendor Application Form with valid KYC details (PAN, GSTIN, etc.)
- Sign a Vendor Agreement with AstroVastuTeam9.online
- Agree to comply with Indian consumer laws, IT Act, 2000, and international shipping regulations (if applicable)
3. Product Listing & Approval
- All products and digital content must be submitted for review and approval before being listed.
- We reserve the right to accept, reject, or delist any product or service at our sole discretion.
- Listings must include clear descriptions, pricing, usage instructions, and refund eligibility (if applicable).
4. Order Fulfillment
- Vendors may use our centralized fulfillment system or operate via drop-shipping.
- In case of drop-shipping, vendors must:
- Dispatch orders within 2β5 business days
- Share tracking details promptly
- Ensure safe and secure packaging

- All returns and replacement requests must be handled in coordination with our customer support team.
5. Revenue Sharing & Payouts
- Revenue sharing terms (percentage splits, commissions, or fixed fees) will be defined in the Vendor Agreement.
- Payouts will be processed monthly (or as mutually agreed) to the vendorβs designated bank account, after deducting applicable platform fees, taxes, and refunds (if any).
6. Quality Standards
- Vendors must ensure that all products and content meet our quality benchmarks and do not violate copyrights, trademarks, or community guidelines.
- Any substandard delivery, frequent complaints, or breach of terms may result in suspension or termination of vendor access.
7. Customer Support & Responsibility
- Vendors are expected to assist in resolving customer queries, warranty claims, and replacements related to their offerings.
- AstroVastuTeam9.online will act as the first point of contact for buyers but may escalate matters to vendors when necessary.
8. Data Protection & Confidentiality
- Vendors must respect and protect the confidentiality of customer data received via our platform.
- No customer data may be used for external marketing or shared with unauthorized parties.
9. Taxes & Legal Compliance
- Vendors are responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes, GST, customs, and ensuring compliance with Indian and international eCommerce laws.
10. Termination of Agreement
- Either party may terminate the vendor relationship with 30 days written notice.
- AstroVastuTeam9.online reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account without prior notice in case of fraud, non-compliance, or repeated customer complaints.
