However, we understand there may be circumstances where a refund is required. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- For consultancy services or courses (online/offline), cancellation must be requested at least 2 working days before the scheduled date.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Consultancy sessions that have already been delivered.
- Digital reports, forecasts, or remedies once shared.
- Services availed under special discounted packages, unless stated otherwise.
3. Partial Refunds & Trial Offers
- If a trial period is part of the service offer, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to mutual agreement.
- Any deductions (administrative, processing, or service charges) will be disclosed during such agreements.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- For UPI and card transactions, delays may occur due to third-party payment gateway procedures.

6. Jurisdiction
All disputes related to refunds will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
