Refund Policy

At AstroVastuTeam9.online, we strive to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with our online and offline consultancy services, educational courses, and spiritual products. However, we understand there may be circumstances where a refund is required. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • For consultancy services or courses (online/offline), cancellation must be requested at least 2 working days before the scheduled date.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Consultancy sessions that have already been delivered.

  • Digital reports, forecasts, or remedies once shared.

  • Services availed under special discounted packages, unless stated otherwise.

3. Partial Refunds & Trial Offers

  • If a trial period is part of the service offer, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to mutual agreement.

  • Any deductions (administrative, processing, or service charges) will be disclosed during such agreements.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • For UPI and card transactions, delays may occur due to third-party payment gateway procedures.

  • Order ID / Payment Transaction Reference

  • Registered Name and Mobile Number

  • Reason for refund request

  • Proof of non-service (if applicable)

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes related to refunds will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
